As putting the guests’ needs above all else has become Annora’s motto, thus far we have fine-tuned to the customers alternative choices to customize based on their preferences as well as providing personalized service in serving the guests. Annora combines modernity and tradition as two different interpretations of concepts to be impeccably blended that would reflect both contemporary experience and traditional artistic culture in a seamless blend.

Located at Camplung Tanduk No. 999X Seminyak street, ideal for those who are beach lovers, Annora is wonderfully just footsteps away from the honey-sand beach. It is self-contained and secluded, away from the crowds and the traffic-filled streets of Seminyak.

Our 24-hour Guest Service Assistants at the front desk are available to assist you at any time. They will be delighted to discuss or offer suggestions on how you might like to spend your days and evenings. Please scan the barcode in your room for further information.

Afternoon Tea

Relax over a cup of tea/coffee and savour an array of sweet treats at Annora Villas Seminyak. Afternoon Tea service is available daily from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M.

Bhava Spa Seminyak

Bhava Spa has been designed to engage all five senses that exude grace and serenity. Signature treatments at Bhava Spa are derived from the comprehensive health traditions concepts of Indonesia, China, Tibet and India. All treatments are performed using the purest beauty products prepared onsite from fresh herbal and floral ingredients to nourish individual skin types. Bhava Spa invites the guests to embark on a journey of self-discovery with a culturally-driven menu rooted to the healing wisdom and ceremonial customs of the Eastern world. It opens from 12 P.M. till 8 P.M. in the evening.

Craft Restaurant

Will complete your experience during stay with us by choosing our special menu from our Chef at Craft Restaurant. Open kitchen set with a simple small bar surrounded by a lush green area and magnificent pool view just across your seats will definitely bring a cozy and homey vibe during your dining with us. We create more than a “friendly” service as we are “family” and thus far Craft was altered to ensure that there is no gap between you and our staffs so that you will see this particular place as your own kitchen at home. Our seating lay out was designed to make you feel more comfy and relaxed since you are more than our guest but you are part of our family.

Special crafted sandwich, burger & hot from the grill menus are created from fresh ingredients with very detailed touch from our Chef to present delicious and yet artistic food. Craft Restaurant ensures we meet your craving to indulge your palates and “art on the table” to pamper your vision.

Check Out Time

Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. If you require a late check-out, please contact our Guest Services Assistant for availability. An additional 50% of the daily room rate will be charged for extended check-out until 6:00 PM, and an additional 100% will be charged after 6:00 PM.

Housekeeping

Rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis and supplies replenished. Turndown Service will be conducted in the evening at 6 P.M. – 8 P.M. which includes cleaning and refreshing the room, closing the curtains, refreshing the bathroom and tidying up the bed. The following Housekeeping items are available upon request; iron and ironing board, baby cot, disposable razors, sewing kits and additional bathroom supplies.

In-Room Dining

Room service is available from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. for your convenience. Last orders are at 9.30 P.M.

Insects

Bali is a tropical island where insects and mosquitoes are common. As our aim is to make your stay a comfortable one, we conduct an intensive weekly fumigation to prevent mosquitoes from breeding around the villa. An electric insect repellent is provided in every room and it is recommended that you keep your door closed at all times. Insect repellent is also available on your veranda. Furthermore, our special body lotion can be used as mosquito repellent since it contains rosemary and lavender.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Laundry bag and tickets can be found in your closet. For further information on this service, kindly refer to the laundry list. Laundry pick up before 10 A.M. will be delivered at 7 P.M. on the same day while laundry pick up after 10 A.M. will be delivered on the following day.

Non-Smoking Room

With respect to our non-smoking guests, please refrain from smoking in our villa areas and rooms. The room balconies/terraces are the place recommended to smoke other than public areas furnished with standing ashtray in the villa. Ashtrays are available upon request.

Safety Deposit Box

An electronic safe is located in the wardrobe for the safekeeping of your money and personal belongings. The villa will not be held responsible for valuables left unattended in your room.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open daily from 7 A.M to 7 P.M. Towels are available next to the wooden deck along with a restaurant menu to enhance your relaxation time around the pool.
